DELIVERY

Lunekova Fur and Fun sends the product (s) ordered by the User from Monday to Friday, from 9am to 6pm, except for public holidays, and on the days and times used by the logistics company, to the delivery address indicated by the User.

Our delivery service does not include scheduling option, so delivery of the order will be made without prior contact by the carrier, being necessary to ensure that someone is at the delivery address.

The delivery times of the products are up to 7 working days for Portugal, 10 working days for the rest of Europe and up to 12 working days for the rest of the world by standard shipping. You have an option to choose en express shipping.

At the time of delivery, the User must inspect the packaging for any damage. If you find that the products are damaged, the User must not accept delivery of the order, which will be returned. The User must report the situation, if possible documented with photographs, through the email shop@lunekova.com and if agreed, Lunekova Fur and Fun will proceed to the return of the order, without any costs to the User. After the procedure, you will be refunded the full amount paid.

If you do not receive your order within 60 (sixty) days from the payment date of the order, please send an email to shop@lunekova.com informing us of what happened. After this period, Lunekova Fur and Fun can not be held responsible for the loss of the order.

The delivery is considered done with the signature on the delivery receipt at the agreed upon address.

CANCELATIONS

 Cancellation of the order before sending:

  1. a) The User may cancel the order of products without any associated cost, as long as they have not yet been sent.
  2. b) If the User places an order and wishes to cancel it, you must immediately contact our Customer Service and ask for is cancellation through the email shop@lunekova.com This procedure is indispensable to trigger the cancellation process. If the cancellation request is communicated in a timely manner, the User will be notified and the cancellation will be processed at no cost to the User.
  3. c) If the cancellation request is not made before the order is sent, the products will be sent to the customer who, if he / she maintains his intention to cancel, shall refuse to accept them. The products will be returned and, upon receipt, the refund will be processed, deducting the shipping costs to the value to be received by the User.

 Return of defective products:

  1. a) The User has the right to the return of the products delivered if they are found to have defects or other nonconformities.
  2. b) The receipt of defective articles must be communicated to Lunekova Fur and Fun through the email shop@lunekova.com within 3 (three) days after receiving the order, including a photograph that documents it. If your claim is justified, the amount paid for the product and the cost of shipping to Lunekova Fur and Fun warehouse will be refunded.
  3. c) Lunekova Fur and Fun reserves the right to refuse to return products with visible signs of use, signs that have been washed or processed/modified.

 

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

The User may return the ordered product (s) for FREE 5 days after receipt, provided that.

  1. a) the product (s) have not been used;
  2. b) The product (s) retain their original characteristics and labels intact;
  3. c) The product (s) are complete. All the material that accompanies the orders has to be returned

The User must request the return of the order through the email shop@lunekova.com, indicating the article(s) to return or exchange, as well as the order number.

Let's schedule a collection with the same delivery service with which the order was sent. Place the item(s) with the original packaging inside the carton and wait for the pickup during the hours indicated by our customer support.

Once the returned product has been received, Lunekova Fur and Fun will analyse and confirm its conservation status and, where applicable, refund within 10 (ten) days the amounts paid by the User without any expenses for it.

If returned items are damaged or worn out, Lunekova Fur and Fun reserves the right not to accept the return and refuse to refund them.

The User should note that if returned for reasons other than justified existence of defect or nonconformity of the ordered products, Lunekova Fur and Fun will not reimburse the cost of shipping. As such, Lunekova Fur and Fun will not reimburse the expenses related to the charges initially borne by the customer to the respective order.
